Outdoor Classes

Inspire Yoga and Stockland Stone Ridge invite you unwind from your week and begin your weekend feeling relaxed and revived.  Classes are held every Saturday morning at 7.30am (excluding public holiday weekends).  You will find us under the arbour on the corner of Marshman Road and Nocturnal Promenade Stone Ridge Narangba.  The arbour and trees provide lovely shade and a beautiful space for yoga and meditation.  Classes are suitable for beginners and practicing students 16 years and over.

Bookings are not required.  Mats are provided.  Please arrive 15 minutes early when attending your first class.


Meditation and Breathing Sessions


Individual and personalised sessions are available to assist with the management of tension and stress.  Learn breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness methods and tools to promote relaxation, positivity, peace, calm, concentration and clarity.

The sessions are for anyone who experiences stress in any form who would like to learn techniques they can practice daily to reduce tension and tools that can be used when stressful situations or feelings arise.

Meditation and breathing techniques are very beneficial for students.  The stress reduction and relaxation techniques learnt in the sessions improve general wellbeing and preparation for study and exams.
