About Yoga

Yoga is a complete health science and an ancient practice originating in India thousands of years ago. Inspire Yoga Narangba teaches Hatha Yoga, the practice of physical postures (asanas) and breathing (pranayama).  Yoga is non-competitive and is suitable and beneficial for all ages, genders, fitness and experience levels. 

An abundance of energy, strength, good health and harmony can be enjoyed through the practice of Yoga.  One of the joys of a Yoga practice is that the benefits continue long after rolling up the mat.  The formal practice filters into life off the mat enhancing the healing process, helping to bring calm and comfort to stress and challenges, and bringing awareness to live fully, joyously and with presence.
